IITL PROJECTS LIMITED is a subsidiary of IITL. In August, 2008, IITL
acquired majority shareholding in and management control over the Company. The Company
has entered into Real estate and infrastructure-related activities. Currently, it
is developing a Residential project in Greater Noida. The Company has also started
providing consultancy services in real estate and construction field.
